Vision of the Department

The Department of Law strives to advance the vision of the University of Rajshahi. It aims to surpass academic excellence in its overall institutional achievement. The Department is equally dedicated to ensuring social welfare, ethical values, in-depth understanding of substantive laws, and essential legal skills so that after graduation the students can take the leadership and prove professional distinction.�

Mission of the Department

The Department is committed to prepare an accepted graduate who will be able to meet up any contemporary challenges that would be a reflection of the proper curriculum which is an outcome of hardworking enlightened expertise. The Department of Law is duty bound to provide all the necessities and logistics for the satisfactory inflow of legal education, both from national context and international view point, aiming to prepare students with skills necessary to use that knowledge in practice, including rule of law. The Department’s mission is to achieve excellence in educating students as professionals, upholding human rights and fostering justice. �
